Use the official rules for approval. The body must still meet the current Street Stock requirements, including the windshield, spoiler limit, no decking, production buggy chassis, legal rear arms, and sealed electronics.

Build a Parts Box

Keep common hardware, drivetrain pieces, steering parts, and suspension components together in one labeled container.

Before Technical Inspection

Pre-Race Inspection

A legal car can still lose track time through loose hardware, leaks, or a failed transponder.

Class Check

1Verify the motor seal and stock ESC settings.
2Confirm rear arms are not adjustable.
3Measure the spoiler at no more than 1 inch.
4Confirm windshield and no decking.
5Inspect tire glue, links, differential, and gear mesh.
6Keep the battery at or below 8.44 volts.

Universal Check

1Steering moves freely and returns to center.
2Suspension moves without binding.
3Wheel nuts and chassis hardware are tight.
4Tires are glued and legal.
5Body, battery, receiver, and wiring are secure.
6I-Laps transponder is reading.

Baseline Setup

1Square the chassis and free the suspension first.
2Start with predictable rear stability.
3Measure camber, toe, ride height, and shock positions.
4Use tire wear as evidence.
5Change only one adjustment per run.
